Draft the player mats

Deal each player their faction as normal, then lay every player mat face up and let players choose one in reverse turn order. Scythe's random faction-and-mat pairings are famously uneven — the rulebook bans two outright — and drafting removes the lottery without the table having to agree a tier list first.
