Swap what the Factory and the University cost, so that the Factory costs 8 doubloons and the University 7. The Factory is among the strongest buildings in the game and the University among the least built, so the swap takes a doubloon off the one nobody buys and adds it to the one everybody does. Nothing else about either building changes.
