Everyone starts with ten energy

Deal each monster 10 energy cubes before the first roll, so the power cards are live from turn one. The printed setup gives every monster nothing and energy arrives only from dice, which means the first several turns are pure dice with an empty shop nobody can afford — and a monster that rolls badly early can be out of the game before the cards ever matter.
