Double skunks count triple

Score a series in games rather than points. A normal win counts one game; a skunk, where the loser is stuck under 91 and never crosses the skunk line, counts two; and a double skunk, with the loser under 61, counts three. The two-game skunk is part of the official rules and the third tier is not, which is what this adds — something for a player who is already beaten to keep playing for over the last few hands.
