Reveal all four end-of-round goal tiles during setup instead of one at a time. Lets players plan a whole game arc rather than reacting each round.

A player who cannot pay a bird's food cost may convert two of any food into one of the needed type, rather than being stuck. Smooths the early-game food droughts.
During setup each player may discard both bonus cards once and draw two fresh ones, keeping one as usual. Bonus cards vary wildly in achievability.
